Hooked this up to my RTX card, and it did the job. Hardware detection is slow and sometimes requires a second attempt to be recognized, but for $20 it did fine enough once you get it going. No more wasting time trying tweaking shaders to get a flat panel looking like a CRT!

HDMI to VGA adapter

This computer did not have a VGA connection (old one did have a VGA connection). Just plugged it in to a HDMI connection and my old VGA cable. No problems.
