Easy Fix for a new computer older monitor mix

It was easy to attach/plug into the extension of my monitor. New computer had no problem accessing my monitor since I had the adapter. Well worth the small investment.

Not too happy

The fact that a customer has to argue with a computer before finally talking to a person and the fact that a customer can not call the geek squad in his area direct seems like a stupid idea. Why would a business want an angry customer even before he becomes a customer. Also, it was frustrating to pick up a part at the coon rapids Best Buy and be told that if I had listened , I would know the receipt was taped to the product box. Would I come back to the coon rapids store? What do you think?

Great Gadget!

This device allowed me to connect my older monitor to my newer computer. It works/ed. It made it possible to transfer my data from PC Nr 1 to PC Nr 2 as I could keep an eye on the transfer of material. Thanks Best Buy! You came through again!
