I did not know what I needed. I had to make another appointment. I took it back, explained what was wrong. I am glad the geek knew what he was doing. He fixed me up right then and there. He should get a raise or at least a bonus. I am very happy with his help. Wish I could remember his name. You must know who it was anyway. Due to his help I will be back soon to shop for a laptop.
