    I recently purchased a new laptop from HP and requested an adapter to connect an overhead projector. They sent me a "usb-c to vga" adapter but it didn't work. After hours of phone time with tech support they suggested going to BestBuy for this adapter. This works perfectly with the vga projector and it has an audio output for the p.a. system. Oh and I saved $55!

    Just what I needed to connect an older model monitor to a new desktop. Wasn't too long, so I didn't have to coil up excess cord. Worked well and was reasonable.

    Works like a charm. Easy to use. Just plug the HDMI into the laptop and the monitor connector to the other end and you are in business. Worked great and we had the second monitor connected to the new laptop in just a few minutes.
