B Buy rep suggested this to use TV as second monitor. Turns out this is HDMI to VGA...needed VGA to HDMI. Found a cheap VGA to HDMI on Amazon and it woks great !!

And your need to get an AC power adaptor to connect to the usb. Luckily I have an extra one from my old iPhone.

Big waste of time. Can't you communicate when you are going to be late? I thought a 5 1/2 hour window was big (the largest I've ever had to deal with) and you still missed it. Tried to call but could never get a person to talk to.
