    Installed for me prior to delivery. The ice maker works great. It will actually fill the ice container much more then the Kenmore that it replaced.

    1st ice maker was installed but did not work. 2nd ice maker installed by the other technicians and works awesome!!!

    Missing two screws. Both the hose clamp included plus the spare hose clamp included broke when trying to install. For some reason a little water pours into ice bucket when dumping ice. I hope this stops and is not a defect.

    Installation instructions didn’t fully match what was in box/needed to be done. Makes ice alright, but a little on the noisy side. Price was good though. Overall pleased with purchase.

    It works slow, but it works. I bought it with my refrigerator. I don't think it is fair that this item is an extra charge.

    Good product and fast installation.At the first,I didn't notice that the refrigerator didn't come with ice maker.The first person to install the ice maker could not install it but blamed it on the water valve.I am not happy and called asked to send another guy. Then the person who came over for the second time quickly installed it.

    This is unlike any other fridge ice maker we've ever seen. I assume it's working fine - it's in a rental unit. But when we were installing it, I noticed that the way it makes ice is it fills an area much like an old fashioned ice tray - and then I guess once the ice is frozen, it tips it out. It is specific to the insignia fridge. Was a pain to install - instructions were not great

    It looks to be nicely made, makes a lot of ice. And I really like the shape of the cubes. Only bad part is you have to let the maker make quite a few batches of ice, because it leaves a weird "new plastic chemical" taste when the ice melts in your drink.
