When the ice is made there’s some dripping which cause the cubes to stick together. Not sure why.

Highly Disappointed!

I purchased the ice maker and refrigerator together. I've been trying to get Best Buy to replace or fix it for the past month, but I just get the run around. Now I'm being told the ice maker is no longer available. Therefore, I'm stuck with a new refrigerator, that doesn't fit my needs, with no ice maker or an option to add an ice maker since a replacement is no longer available. I'm highly disappointed with the quality of the ice maker and the horrible customer service I've received from Best Buy.

About 10 days before the 1 year Mfg. warranty expired, the Ice maker quit working. I called and was able to setup an appointment to have them look at the ice maker. So I removed it and took it in. Rather than spend a lot of time on it, They just ordered a new replacement. All of the employees were super nice and very helpful. No warranty issues, No hassle.

Both the hose clamp included plus the spare hose clamp included broke when trying to install. For some reason a little water pours into ice bucket when dumping ice. I hope this stops and is not a defect.

Good concept that cracks!

Mine was cracked within the first week. Idea is cool, but the concept does not work. Having the tray turn over & twist inside of the freezer.
