GOOD ICEMAKER

The bottom freezer fridge has an oversize receptacle largest I have ever owned and the icemaker makes plenty of ice to keep it full.

I looked at all of the possible solutions and none seemed to solve the issue. I reached out to Best Buy support and they told me to bring the unit into the store for repair...sorry, how do you repair something that needs to be hooked up to a water line, refrigerator and power and fix it? I would prefer they just send me a new one and I can try reinstalling.

You're absolutely right that bringing an ice maker kit into a store for repair isn't practical when it needs to be connected to a fridge and water line.
