    The first one that arrived did not work so I exchange it. Second one works no problem. Is only noise when the water fills the ice maker.

    I installed it per the specifications and within two weeks instead of getting ice cubes it was creating one, giant ice cube. I looked at all of the possible solutions and none seemed to solve the issue. I reached out to Best Buy support and they told me to bring the unit into the store for repair...sorry, how do you repair something that needs to be hooked up to a water line, refrigerator and power and fix it? I would prefer they just send me a new one and I can try reinstalling.

    This ice maker has problems with the ice cubes sticking together so sometimes you get 7 or 8 cubes in a frozen hunk. It may leak a little water when filling the ice maker up. Other than that pain in the neck, it's just a standard ice maker.
