    I would prefer to rate no stars. In May I purchased a new refrigerator with this ice kit. After 6 different tech have come our and 3 replacements the ice kit still hasn't produced ice. One of the replacements worked for a week or two then it just produced a massive iceburg. Very disappointing from Bestbuy. I have always have excellent customer service from Bestbuy until now. I called multiple times placed on hold asking at the end for a supervisor someone who could actually help me to no avail. Terrible experience, bad product.

    Great icemaker that makes ice quickly. The icemaker was not properly installed at first, but Geek Squad sent another tech out who fixed the issue.

    I am sure this is a fine ice maker, but it just can't be installed on my new Insignia™ - 18.6 Cu. Ft. Bottom Freezer Refrigerator - Stainless Steel. It does indicate that it is a match, but the technician said he could not install it without damaging my refrigerator. I'm really OK with that, I just wish it hadn't taken 2 months to discover it.

    This thing is complete garbage it doesn’t even work. I read the reviews and advised my mother on not getting it. But she wanted it anyway and since it was a Christmas present I purchased it along with the fridge. Paid installation twice because I bought it after I bought the fridge because the reviews were terrible. PLEASE DON’T BUY!
