    Ice cubes are small and at time seem not to be frozen completely. Also they have a stale smell after mixed with drinks.

    Having an issue with this ice maker. Best Buy is replacing it so I don't know if the issue is the actual ice maker or if it was not installed properly.

    Installation was ok, direction could have been clearer, and basic troubleshooting better to have saved some time. It took several hours to make ice so we were not sure it was installed properly. But all worked well in the end
