    This ice maker is really cheaply made. It literally just pours water into an ice cube tray and then flips it over. It took longer in the ice maker than if I just made my own. After nearly 3 days, I barely had a full bin. It also takes up a substantial portion of the freezer. You are better off just getting ice cube trays and getting some of that space back for other items.

    Easy to order and delivery was fast. Instructions are detailed but an installation video as an option would be appreciated.

    The ice maker has not worked since it has been installed. After 2 service calls, it is still not working. It is now on back order so I will have to wait to get a new one installed. During the hottest months of the year, I have no ice! Extremely disappointed!!!!!

    Buyer beware they tell you that they can install and then they do not they send people out waste your time promise you concessions and never deliver at least they delivered my refrigerator but I do not have we're working ice maker and I had to purchase extra for installation for the ice maker parts and for the ice maker itself all of this money now I'm out on my time I also didn't get any of the gift cards they promised me don't do it

    We have had nothing but issues with this ice maker sadly. The first one installed did not work. We had someone come look at it to advise it was defective. A new one was installed on Monday. We have gotten multiple trays of solid ice chunks that layer the entire bin. This has been a month process now all for ice??

    Purchased this ice maker, hasn't been a month and the ice is coming out in ice sheets instead of cubes in addition to water spilling into the freezer making a ice mountain, Big Mess!!!

    This ice maker was installed when delivered, but never made ice. When wanting to get an exchange, they wanted me to uninstall the ice maker and bring it back before they would set up delivery for a new one. Very poor customer service for not standing behind their own branded product. At this point they can make both the refrigerator and the ice maker back

    Does not work at all. Rotates before ice is frozen, just water. Then other times won't rotate at all.
