Worked fine for almost two months, now one outlet doesn't work anymore....I can not find anyplace on this website to go to for help and the store said they can't exchange it!!!! Please help me this should not happen in less then two months!

Around 30 days following installation one port failed. My devices would recognize being connected, but no charge. Within one week the other port failed. Thankfully I retained my original wall outlet, as this unit is otherwise worthless.
