Therefore I will have to return it for a more modern antenna with greater signal reach. I gave it 3 stars because it was easy and quick to setup.

Just screw it into the cable/antenna input and enjoy cable-free TV. You do need to be in range of over-the-air TV broadcast towers. We're getting about 30 channels and the picture quality is great.

I hadn’t used or set one up in years. Initially I didn’t think it worked but it works just fine, even picking up stations outside our viewing area. I couldn’t find my TV owner’s manual and it took much trial and error to get the TV set up. It was not the antenna’s problem. User error.

Hooked it up and was amazed how many channels I received CLEARLY! I probably receive 25 good channels with about half of those in HD. Completely satisfied with this inexpensive, unobtrusive antenna.

Best one for there price. Have a powered antenna and this one pulls in as many as the powered one does but there are a few weak ones that don't come in as well.

It serves its purpose. Receiving more channels than expected. Other reviews stated parts were missing, but the antenna wands were deep in the bottom of box, we almost didn't see them.

No cable service

They are all free no Internet needed. Easy to install just plug into the back of the TV and move the arrows out.

Since my TV isn't hooked up to cable so this is a nice default if I want to watch some network programming in real time or simply have some motion and noise on the screen when I'm not watching actively. Incredibly pleased with purchase. Make sure your TV has a tuner built in (newer models are removing tuners in favor of networked apps)
