This antenna works good for the price. I initially purchased an amplified antenna for around $80 and it yielded a few extra channels, but this works almost as good. An outdoor antenna would be better, but this is a simple way to get your locals.

For a small unit this antenna works perfectly bring plenty of channels.

I finally live in a region where I can access a great number of channels with an antenna! Goodbye Comcast, hello lots of free channels with great picture and sound. I hadn't used an antenna since before HD, so I don't have anything to compare this to, but I can say that I can't tell the difference between to picture and sound of cable TV and what I get with this antennae.

Local network station feud with cable company necessitated purchase of an antenna. I hadn’t used or set one up in years. Initially I didn’t think it worked but it works just fine, even picking up stations outside our viewing area. I couldn’t find my TV owner’s manual and it took much trial and error to get the TV set up. It was not the antenna’s problem. User error.

GET LOTS OF CHANNELS! MADE THE GREAT CABLE CUT !! NO LONGER PAY MONTHLY CABLE FEE, ANTENNA IS GREAT QUALITY - USED THE RABBIT EAR ONE IN THE BASEMENT FOR BASIC CHANNELS, THE BIG FLAT WHITE PANEL ONE FOR LIVING ROOM. THAT AND APPLE TV AND 1000'S OF SHOWS TO WATCH AND NO MONTHLY CABLE FEE!!! DON'T EVEN NEED NETFLIX!

I didn't want to pay for cable since we don't watch a lot of tv, so thought I would start with the simplest antenna and see how it worked before spending more on an amplified one. Hooked it up and was amazed how many channels I received CLEARLY! I probably receive 25 good channels with about half of those in HD. Completely satisfied with this inexpensive, unobtrusive antenna.

i have this hooked up to an old Samsung Flat screen 23 inch in bedroom and it picks up quite a bit of channels

Very easy to hook upon and brings in the channels as easily as any non powered antennas can. Best one for there price. Have a powered antenna and this one pulls in as many as the powered one does but there are a few weak ones that don't come in as well.

Purchased for a small TV that we have and do not have cable. It works perfectly for the area of space we have it is.

who woulda thunk it! 100 year old technology working with perfection! i plugged the thing in and i got magic TV thru the airwaves! no thanks bestbuy salesman trying to up-sell me on that fancy "amplified signal" antenna, im all set with my glorified coat hangar!

It was very easy to hook up on my Smart TV. Works pretty good.

Channels are clear and in HD. Since my TV isn't hooked up to cable so this is a nice default if I want to watch some network programming in real time or simply have some motion and noise on the screen when I'm not watching actively. Incredibly pleased with purchase. Make sure your TV has a tuner built in (newer models are removing tuners in favor of networked apps)
