perfect to rid of cable

Cheap and Decent

Got it for my Dad, the picture was crystal clear and he was able to receive about 30 channels. The Best Buy assistant pointed me to a $70 antenna, glad my fiance saw this one on the other side of the aisle.

Supports vhf lo,vhf hi, and uhf.

I haven't found any indoor antennas that cover all three bands. I use an inexpensive amplifier with it, that supports 50 - 900MHz. I connected that to the now unused cable TV coax and it's working on four TVs throughout the house.

Last antenna you will need to get ever!

I just had to post a review for this antenna because it has worked out so excellent for us. It's simple, durable, gives nice reception to all the TV channels that we use, and I don't have to plug it in an outlet. If I take care of it (not let anybody steal it) it will last forever.

The extendable arms on this model are shorter than on many others and therefore don't capture the signal as strongly as a larger antenna I already own. If the signal you are trying to pull in is weak, get the larger antenna.
