    Item overall is fine, although the main desktop part came in defective in the sealed box. I was ok with going through the request process for a replacement part, but Best Buy/Insignia simply made it impossible. I don't want to go into details because it's already been too draining trying to talk to them while also trying to make any sense of their arguments. Had I not gotten the item on clearance, this would be a huge no no. I am not buying any bulky item from BB every again.

    This was somewhat easy to put together, but one of the metal bars broke when I was putting the big part together. Wasn't worth taking it all apart

    It took me a little time to set it up because i did it bu myself but it was not hard to put it together. Is a good side i can use it to place my work computers and also give me enough space for my personal laptop.
