Works better than I hoped! Excellent volume control, too! We hear better than on the phone directly!

This headset is much better than I expected, and is better than my previous more pricey ones.

Headset fit my landline phone perfectly. I enjoy talking on the phone with this headset and having my hands free to be on the computer or able to walk around the home doing things while being on the phone.

I often get put on hold during a call....and there’s nothing worse than being unable to multi task! This headset automatically goes on when making or taking a business call. I also do a lot of quilting, so I can talk to my quilting friends and keep on stitching! I love it!!

Good enough headset. Purchased to use with home phone. Sounds loud and clear and the cord is long enough can set phone down while on long call. The band that goes over head is a bit tight and uncomfortable.

Headsets are comfortable, volume is great, they seem to work great

I like this headset as much as any expensive one I have had. The only down side is the cord is really long (gets tangled) and the headset itself doesn't fold all the way up like the one I had before. Otherwise it is great.

The headset is more than adequate for using with a portable phone.I like to get things done while I am on the phone. The cord could be shorter -I use a clothespin to attach it to my shirt so I don't catch it on furniture etc.

Does the trick and lasts a couple years usually .....

And I am so happy to have found this telphone headset at Best Buy. Really works so good and the mouthpiece adjusts so easily and the head hold clip fits very well. I am a happy guy and can drive and talk on te phone legallly. Thank you

Build quality is good, price is good. Earpiece volume is good. It needs greater microphone level output for user to be consistently heard. I dont know if more expensive wired or blue tooth headsets have adequare microphone output.

I got this so I could use my VoIP phone for work related calls. It definitely blocks out the music in the background so well that unless I put the microphone literally ON the speaker the other end can't even hear the music. I would give this 5 stars except that whoever accepted this return clearly either didn't mark properly what was in the box on return or left something out. It is an "Open Box" item with a sticker clearly stating such on the front I bought via the website and on the sticker it has a line "Missing Accessories: No Missing Accessories" except that it's missing the earpiece pad so clearly it's missing an accessory so I'm glad I didn't pay full price for this.

Bought this headset after my other one died. The ear piece/padding is so comfortable and the mike is bigger, but the best part is the folks at word noticed on how much clearer my voice was during conferences!

I've been wanting these for awhile, so was glad to see them in the Deal of the Day. They work great. I just clip the phone to my belt with the headset plugged in and can do what I want while talking on the phone! Very handy!

This product is pretty durable for the abuse that I put it through. I use it for work and sometimes it gets tangled up and pulled sometimes which leads to shortages and the need to replace it.

The headset is as good as you can find for this type of phone. All headsets of this type seem to wear out fairly quickly and start getting static, but so far, this one is as good as others I've bought.

I like the Insignia-Landline Hands Free Headset however I have not been able to use it because I have not been able to find a landline phone. I reached out to a Geek Squad representative to ask if they could advise me on what phone that was compatible with the headset. I purchased the phone and once I got home and took the phone out of the box to charge, again there was nowhere to plug in the headset. I've purchased and returned 2 phones. If anyone can assist me that would be great! Thanks in advance!

This is a quality headset. Unfortunately, it had the incorrect size for my need. Ended up returning and bought a different type. Loved the no hassle return with BestBuy!

Bought this for my 5' tall mom. It works just fine, but we couldn't get it to adjust small enough to comfortably fit her head. The plastic headpiece is rather stiff too.

It's always great to be able to multitask at work. This Insignia Hands-Free Headset works great and allow me to type and talk to clients on the phone with ease.
