It is allowing for hands free activity while on the phone. It is a little "tingy" and the speaker foam is a little small, but overall it does its job. Happy with the purchase for the price I paid for it. Not expensive and that is exactly this headset as I'm sure there are more expensive and if I was on the phone hours per day I would not be happy with this item. For a few 5 min calls per day it is great.

They're not super expensive so you're not totally wasting your money. They work for awhile but then they just...quit. They get static-y alot too. We have had clients complain they can't hear us well, etc. It could be that my husband just uses them too much, more than they were intended for. However, we've bought super expensive ones, too, and they don't seem to last much better. Maybe my husband is too hard on them? I don't know. If they were gently used, they should be ok.
