After 2 weeks of daily use the sound began cutting in and out, so you have to hold the cord a specific way and not move while you're on the call. The small pad attachment fell out. Overall average- gets the job done but not outstanding quality.

We have used a similar product from Panasonic, but it shorted out after less than a year using it. we had bought from them prior, thought to try a different manufacture. Time will tell.

The cord is very long which in my application just gets in the way. The cable is very stiff which I don't like either. Overall, it just feels clunky. I liked my panasonic headset much better.

Makes the time pass quickly while doing house work. Loved it so much I got one for my older sister. Perfect for people who are still attached to their landline phones!
