I needed a headset in order to hear long distance calls more clearly. The recipients can now hear me better & I can also hear them more clearly.

Cheap and cheerful I suppose (paid about $22). Best Buy doesn't sell any other 2.5 mm headsets. Bought 10/2019 and stopped working reliably 10 months later. Some kind of wiring connection breaking I'd guess (no visible damage and I take good care, including taping to reinforce the wire coming out of the headphone plug) but the sound drops in and out and I have to find the perfect way to hold the wire to be able to hear the call. Will stop using it this week and see about getting a replacement because warranty is 1 year. I'd rather spend a little more if that's what it takes for it to last more than a year!

Works as adverted. I would like the to get the two ear headset. What I liked is that the mic tube can be place in front of your mouth. Some other headset you can't do that.

works well except if the person using it has a soft voice it is hard to hear . not enough volume to make them louder.

I was so glad I could find one with the correct connection for a flip phone. It's been working well. Only small drawback is getting the headset on and pulling the mic down, but that's minor.

I buy these often , I work from home and go through them regularly. They usually start falling apart after a year. This last one I just purchased is a little different so I’m hoping for a better outcome!

Works pretty well. I purchased this for my spouse and it definitely helps, but he says it would be better if it had two (2) ear cuffs. His problem is background noise.

Good product, comfortable, works with my portable home/office handset phone. It has a long cord, which is good, however I wish it had a "clip" for my shirt, as the long card is somewhat cumbersome at times, and a clip would help.

Works great for my remote work. It didn’t fit my phone Jack but was an easy fix with an adapter great buy.

Looked for an inexpensive product with would plug into mire wireless landline headset. Easy to use and great value for the money. OK build quality. As good as others costing twice more.

Overall a good headset. I use it with my Panasonic phone. I've been told my voice sounds excellent. Just slightly disappointed with the sound quality I hear (sounds just slightly muffled), but overall very good.
