this choice did not get for 5 star due to the sound not very clear from the head set/ I continue to use but with so distension in the back ground sounds.

I bought this item because my wireless phone does not always provide adequate sound clarity, especially when surrounded by background noise. This product does a pretty good job for increasing clarity and volume.

This product works amazing for the cost and it makes my life easier when online and connecting via landline cordless phone I purchased by Panasonic

This headset is comfortable enough. However, even with the volume set for maximum loudness, the dial tone volume is low. When I left a message using the headset's microphone and then listened to the resulting voicemail, the volume was too low on the receiving end, too. In short, volume is too low at both the giving and receiving end. I will probably return it. So disappointing! I bought this because my old Plantronics headset is no longer made.

Works fine for talking hands free. Not as adjustable to fit your head, as my last headset, but was the only one to purchase in the store this time.

It's poorly designed. The cord is way too long and I had to return it as I was actually nervous I'd trip on it! Why do you need a 3' cord on a handheld home phone? Also because of the length of the cord, I believe it was full of static. Really not worth it

It's Okay. There's a hum in my ear that I can't et rid of when in use. Other party doesn't hear it, just me. Also every time I start a new call I have to turn down the volume. Annoying but it was a good price.

I bought this product over a year ago and I have not had any problems with it. I think is a good product.

still works but no real need much since we finally got fiber but holding onto for landline phone for backup

A bought this when headsets were scarce thinking a simple converter would work on my laptop but no luck.

No longer need to hold the phone on long calls. Much more comfortable. The plug fits the Panasonic handset and the calls are clear.

This is very handy for keeping hands free to write and/or type on computer while on phone calls

Good for when you need to talk on the phone and type at the same time just doesn't feel good after awhile.

Purchased this for mom but she doesn't like to wear it. There is nothing wrong with it. This set seems pretty strong. It costs less than other brand.

This works well. I might reconsider a phone that would better support a wireless headset.

Overall I am satisfied with this headset. Prefer a Bluetooth ear piece but couldn't find one compatible with my Panasonic land line.

Was the wrong size jack. Product looked to be of reasonable quality.

I tried this and had to return it. Found the plug would not make a good connection in the phone.
