This headset works fine and has the good feature of not being too tight on the head. The foam cushion on the side opposite the earpiece is also soft. Good equipment for spending lots of time on the phone. Callers have also said the audio is high quality.

This headset is easy to use; just plug into the phone and you're ready to go. Headset is comfortable as it doesn't slip and the microphone has a good range of motion to move it where you wish. Sound is very clear. And the price cannot be beat!

I bought this Insignia headset to replace a very uncomfortable Wantek headset. I WFH as a call center agent, and this Insignia headset can comfortably worn for many hours at a time. And callers have commented that my sound quality during a call is superb.

I bought this to replace my old handsfree unit. This unit is a bit larger then what I would have like to have bought but that's the only downside for me. The audio is loud and clear and the mic picks up very good so all conversations are L/C (loud & clear) and I use my hands with no worries of it falling. The unit fits snugly on my head but doesn't feel like a vise, very comfortable. The other nice thing is that the cord is very long with a portion coiled so I'm not forced to stay near the base it's plugged into. I'm glad I finally bought this, the old one was going on 15 years old.

This headset is a perfect replacement for my 10 year old Panasonic headset. Comfortable, easy to adjust, decent volume control.

This headset works well. The volume control is really needed and effective for me. The mic needs to be directly in front of my mouth and almost touching my lips, or the person on the call may ask me to get closer to the phone so they can hear me clearly. It was pricier than I was expecting and wanted to pay. A little more than 50% more. But, I didn't want to waste time and money driving around looking for a more reasonably priced one.
