I have a virtual home based call center and needed to replace my previous one from a line break. I purchased it due to the fact it was the only one available. For everyday heavy use (30-60 calls daily) is not recommended. Mic starts to go within 2 months and the speaker on ear comes apart on light wear and tear.

It was offered on the website drop-down when I was looking for one. My son read it as the same as me. When it came I was highly disappointing its for phones not computers. This is a prime example of that. Instead of going for the higher graded headset I chose to try and find the middle ground and the quality was not there. I would recommend stepping up if you use headset on a regular basis like I do for work.
