Purchased this to use with cordless landline phone, as replacement for older headset. The old one was starting to "crackle" (sounded like static on the line) any time the cord moved, most likely due to age and use. This new headset seemed to crackle even worse. And the listening volume was quieter than my old headset. Even at the hightest setting, I couldn't hear who I was talking to if there was any background noise around me. Nice design for the price (good cord length, mute button), but had to return it because of poor audio.

Many times it sounds like there is a bee buzzing in the headset. It gets very annoying. I try to rotate the phone jack to get rid of the buzzing sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't

This headset is cheap, but it works mostly. Its a little difficult using long term, but for short calls it works.

Comfortable fit, but unfortunately had too much static on the line when used. Would not recommend this headset.

If you are looking for a cheap headset this is the one. It does not have noise cancellation and the mic has a lot of static.

You get what you pay for. Callers on the other end have a hard time hearing me. Used about a month then bought a different brand.

I am highly disappointed in the headset. It really sucks. Does not stay on your head and can't hear very well with it

New receptionist was complaining about her in ear headset. Now worries I'll run to best buy. Picked this up... istant complaints about customers not being able to hear, static etc. Hope Isignia makes this righ, now sure best buy will take back without a box although I am within the return period.

Item returned, make sure you know the interface port you want the headset to interface with prior to making the purchase

I purchased it on line and the plug was to big for my phone never used it how can I return it

This headset every time I moved made a crackling noise. Also think I prefer a headset that is not corded

Not impressed with it really. I bought it because I could not find another and I needed it for work.

Poor quality sound, build and directions. The foam detached and had to ge glued back on. The hum of this headset was awful on both my phones. I ended up buying a plantronic headset elsewhere that works well but at 3x the price. You get what you pay for.

I had trouble hearing the person on the other end. They could hear me fine. I tested it with a different person to make sure it was the headset and not a phone. Same thing, I could hardly hear the person. I returned them the same day.

this broke within a few weeks and was very flimsy.

The Earpod sound is not natural, is crackly and high pitch.

Am looking to purchase a phone that will work with.

AWFUL! Waste of money. It worked fine for about 3 months. Now, the audio works fine but the mic is dead. No one can hear me. It is useless and of course, out of warranty. Useless.
