Sound quality and ease of use are superb. Easily plugs into my Panasonic landline phone and offers a nice hands-free option. The mic is moveable and the headband is adjustable for easy fit. I'm hoping the life expectancy is worth the price I paid.

I trusted the reviews on this when I was unable to find a good headset for my usual go to brands. The quality is excellent and I won't hesitate to go for this brand in the future, thank you to my local Best Buy for having one in stock!

Easy to install and use. Clarity is really good both in hearing and speaking through the mic (no complaints from clients I am speaking with). Only con is that you cannot mute call from headset. If you have a phone that has a mute button, this works just as well.

Best money I ever spent, great value, good quality, saves so much effort when waiting online for tech support, tracking, paying bills etc. Had one when I was working as Real Estate Agent terrific sound etc. Wouldn't do without it, am senior, senior, handicapped, don't hesitate well worth the money.

I needed a headset to use with my home phone for conference calls and purchased the insignia model. Note: its becoming difficult to find these headsets in the era of bluetooth wireless connections so pleased that Bestbuy has something to handle our older technology. The headset functions for the purpose designed, I am able to head calls and the people on the call could hear me clearly. There is a volume control on the cord that connects the headset to the phone which is a nice feature. The downside for me was that the headset felt tight on my head, and after a 30 minute call it was quite uncomfortable. Perhaps this will stretch out with use, but I am rating it 3 star based upon fit.

I like the headset because it works well with my wireless house phone, and it's nice and easy to use. It makes it easy for me to talk on the phone while using my free hands to comfortably write, hold a book, and to do other things without difficulty.

Nice to have because I am a busy girl and always on the phone I work from home and 90% of my job consists of me talking on the phone the clearness of hearing every word no going in and out

Cannot say enough about the headsets. I have been using them for years. Frees up my hands to cook or continue whatever I am involved in doing. Love the hands-free element. So easy to continue what you are doing.

I never thought I would be writing a good review on a headset that didn't bust the budget! It's comfortable, it's flexible, it's got sound clarity, and best of all, it's not expensive! What a total surprise.....

I ordered this product which was a quality item. However, I did not realize that my phone did not have the headset connector needed. I was very graciously and promptly given a refund.

The Insignia Landline Hands-Free headset provides great quality sound. The use of the hands-free headset allows me to do other things while talking on the phone which is so helpful during these busy times. I would certainly recommend this product.

I am really impressed with this headset. It plugs into the 2.5mm jack on my desk phone and comes with a nice long cord so I can use it easily w/out having to be too close to the phone itself. Sound is clear

I've had this one before and it stopped working after a few months but I'm hearing impaired so I'm trying it again. Works great for landline which is why I bought it.

Works great with my new V Tech cordless phones i purchased, people I talk with tell me my phones sounds very clear now, I get dishes, and work around the home while talking hands free using the headphones

I bought this for my son, who has a speech problem. It’s easy for him to put on, and because of the microphone, I can hear him loud and clear. I am so glad we bought this, and wish we had gotten one sooner.

This hands free headset is great for a land line phone. The sound quality for hearing is good with sound level control. Also, the mic picks up pretty good so your caller can hear you well.

Replaced an older version of this when it died. The old set distorted occasionally from feedback when on conference calls, this one never does because of the volume control and mute features.

Works perfectly and no one can tell you are using. So much better than holding the receiver and typing one handed. Efficient and effective!! Highly recommended.

I have a cell phone but still continue to use my home phone. Because they are flat and hard to hold on shoulders this is great! Sound quality is great on both ends . Hands free !!!

Long cord. But can still walk without tripping on it. I can hear well. Sound is decent. No one ever complains about the mic. so it it good too..
