Easy to set up, easy to use. Clear voice was worried it was gonna break after a few uses still holding up

Excellent headset at a great price! Easy to use and very comfortable. It seems well made and the sound quality is excellent. The headphone cushion ads to comfort and keeps the headphone from sliding around or falling. I hope it lasts because it is not easy to find a replacement. This is my second headset that replaces one that lasted for a couple of years. I highly recommend it.

Works well. I use it once or twice a day and have had no problems. Had to do some initial trial & error setup (quick process) to get the channel selector in the right place, but haven't had to touch it since. Mute button comes in handy.

It functions but if cable moves you get noise on the line. Pad opposite ear cup fell off. Functional if you are carefult

Product ok. Didn’t have a choice. Only one option at store for a replacement headset that plugs into a call center type phone so needed phone jack on the end. RJ9 type. Wish it covered both ears but my headset. Woke mid shift and had to purchase and use until one came in mail

Does the job but make sure that your phone will support it, as we found out. Good quality for a good price

This Insignia headset is well worth the money, it's basic but does the job. The sound quality is fine. The only minor issue is the mute button can be accidently activated you need to be careful not to press it.
