Waste of money and time Donot buy it it doesn't clean anything

Hard to use,bad instructions ,unsured if it actually works

My son's PS4 (Sony Play Station 4) had stopped recognizing discs. I saw from the existing reviews that about ½ said it worked and about ½ said their PS4 said it was unsupported. I decided to give it a try. Despite our PS4 saying it was an unsupported disc, the drive's activity trying to recognize the Insignia Laser Lens Cleaner seems to have been enough to clean the lens. It system is now recognizing the new game discs that were failing previously.

My CD player wheel went around, but there was no sound. I tried cleaning it with a QTIP and rubbing alcohol, but still didn't work. I read online about a CD Cleaner. Bought this one at Best Buy. Used it first in the DVD player and followed the instructions. Worked great. Put it in the CD player. It had no sound like I expected. I kept starting it as it stopped and finally it worked! Be patient while using even if you think it isn't working. So glad I don't have to buy a new home stereo!

I received the cleaner very quickly. Instructions are simple, and my CD player is doing much better for audio (music). It use to stop every few minutes and then restart. Now it's much longer, like 10 minutes. Excellent for video, colors and sound are clear and crystal. I'm going to run the cleaner again and see if it'll improve audio 100%. For the price I paid, it's done well.. Be back later on the audio.

The laser lens cleaner worked wonders on both of our DVD and are our portable CD players

My Blue Ray player was slow and rejected most disc that I knew were good. Purchased this cleaning disc and within minutes the process was completed. My Blue Ray runs like new! I have now used it in my car's cd player and another DVD p;layer. Before you decide to buy a new DVD, Blue Ray or CD machine because discs are skipping or slow, try this lens cleaner. This product is well worth the $13.00 and will save you buying new equipment.

Can't speak for all Xbox devices, but product isn't recognized by the Xbox One X. After installing an app to read audio CD's, it just says "NO DISC INSERTED." Seems to work fine on my desktop though.

My Blue Ray started messing up and then completely failed. The DVD continued to work. I noticed a film of dust on the open panel and decided to give this a try. At first it didnt work following the audio instructions. I then executed the 40 minute clean, and then it was fine. I really wanted it to work, so I wouldn't need to buy a new device. Well the excuse to buy a new 4 k player is gone

Easy to use, does the job. It's good to have around, to keep the DVD and Blu-ray players working good.

Got this to clean my older blu ray and to keep the new one I just Bought. Works great and now my older one works like brand new. must keep them clean inside so their working properly!

The label on the insignia says not for use in slot type players, or some game consoles. I have an Xbox One, set the xbox to the CD app, and the disc played as directed. The xbox has been having issues reading redbox rentals, this fixed it.

Good instructions and easy to use. It cleaned up my blue-ray VD great.

I have an old Sony DVD/VCR combo that was starting to skip. I popped this in and the voice came on immediately, telling me to choose "track 2" for English. There is no way to choose a track with this player, and no menu appears on the screen. I will be returning this item.

My car's CD player wasn't playing my CD's. After cleaning it with the Insignia cleaner - problem solved!

our car player was skipping and generally acting up. the cleaner disc totally fixed all the problems we were having. Very pleased with this product.

CD player's best friend. The player in my car was jumping, I cleaned it with this & am now back to enjoying my music.

This blu ray cleaner will not work on a PS4. It comes up as an unsupported disc. Maybe this needs to be written on the packaging. Very disappointing.
