I had been experiencing intermittent play-back from my 5-disc carousel CD player and contemplated getting another unit. Worked well cleaning the DVD lens so that DVD's played better. Hadn't cleaned the lens in a long time. The cleaner was easy to use. It did the job very quickly. The on-screen directions were clear and easy to follow.
