    my DVD / CD player acted intermitent in that it would play ok and then would fail sporadically. The disk cleaner solved the problem and I no longer have any problems.

    A BOSE representative recommended Laser Lens Cleaner for two BOSE radio/CD Players. I had issues with playing CD’s on both players as the cd’s would skip repeatedly. I tried numerous times using the Laser Lens Cleaner. Did not work .

    To keep your drives showing clear pictures and not having to store fluid for so long it dries up, use this disc.

    This has done what my previous cleaners didn't do. Not only did it clean my new player it really improved my sound on all dvd.

    Had a DVD that would stop VIDEO - put the cleaner in my player, ran it one time and the DVD runs perfectly.

    I have gotten to use this product to clean my Bose CD- alarm radio and think it did an amazing job. Blue Ray-DVD player will be next.
