I was hoping this would help make my cd player wor

I do use it to keep my traveling cdd player working fine. I would recommend the product if you are only looking tgo keep the heads clean.

Works Right if Used Right
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for our DVD & Blu-Ray players, used it for my one son's XBox 360 and it worked just fine so his discs would play fine, but then my other son used it in his XBox 360 just to clean it, but there wasn't anything wrong with his to begin with and now since he used the lens cleaner -he can't play any discs and it won't register a disc. So while it helped for one system it ruined another. Lesson- Don't try to fix something that isn't broken! Do not use if your DVD, Blu-Ray, Game System are playing fine!

Not sure about it

But the cleaner DVD did not do the trick. After several run throughs, it still wouldn't work. Probably was my DVD player. It was old and rarely cleaned.
