This laser cleaner works great. It is super easy to use.

I bought this to replace my endust lens cleaner that I had for years. For someone who loves to watch dvd's or blu ray movies for hours it can collect a huge amount of dust inside the player. Using this every few weeks really helps keep the lens clean. No errors come up when playing them and also without any skipping or stopping.

This product really helped our blu-ray player to play better. It’s not perfect but there was a very noticeable difference between frequent stoppages to almost no issues.

Bought this for a DVD/CD drive which was non-functional. It fixed the problem. Much cheaper and easier than a new drive. Not sure how long it will be before it needs another cleaning??

This seems to work well. Put it in blu ray player, follow the on screen instructions and in about 90 seconds it’s done. Player wasn’t having any issues so this was sort of preventive medicine. Recommended for ease of use.

Unfortunately, I didn't see in the small print on the packaging that this CD lens cleaner was NOT for slot fed CD players. Therefore it didn't work for my application. I know I'm to blame for not reading the cover carefully before I purchased it, so I didn't know how to properly rate it so I gave it an average rating of 3 stars. It may be a 5 star product, but it may actually be a one star product as well.

This is the second one I have bought from Best Buy. This product was recommended to me by one of your sales associates a few years ago and it has works 100 percent of the time. I have recommended this product to many of my friends and also to my co-workers. every one who has tried it has been as satisfied as I have!

I recently bought a used Corvette and found the CD player didn’t work. I bought this CD lens cleaner and I honestly expected to be wasting my money, but to my happy surprise this fixed the CD player! I was so excited to not have to replace the factory-equipped CD player. This was totally worth the money!

A solid product, and very simple to use. Literally just pop in, play and follow the audio instructions. I've used it regularly for my DVD/Blu-ray drives and have had no problems.

Seems to have worked to fix CD player that hadn't been cleaned for years and played every cd as though it was scratched. Audio instructions on cd help.

This worked on most my cd player machines but did not work on my Sony player that holds 200 cds. I tried it multiple times with no success. Otherwise this is a good product.

My DVD players all decided to stop working at about the same time. I didn't want to buy a new one until I'd tried a laser lens cleaning disc. I bout one at a cheaper store, and it didn't work at all. Spend the extra money and get this one. It worked the first time! Now my DVD players work again.
