i picked up this dvd/cd cleaner to help keep my dvd players working correctly, especially my mobile units, car s, etc. it's easy to use , inexpensive and works well

Perhaps a compatibility issue, bu tI purchased this item to rejuvenate a multi-changer CD player that has a skipping problem. Unfortunately, the unit did not recognize the disc and it simply would not work for me with my equipment set-up. I returned it for a no-hassle refund. I rate it as a 3 even though it failed completely because I want to give the product the benefit of the doubt. Was not satisfied with the performance and it did nothing for my CD player. at the end of the day.

Used this in my factory Tahoe 6 disc changer. Skipping has noticeably decreased but is still present. Maybe it is just too far gone for it to work its magic.

I bought this for my PS4, but it didn't work. However, all of my Blu-ray players and my CD player work perfectly after a good cleaning. Accidental, but beneficial.

good price also and the service at the store recommended that one instead of the one I was going to get,,,glad I listened to the lady

It didn't solve the problem with the blue ray player (simply unplugging the player and replugging it solved the problem). It didn't hurt anything and was easy to use.

It is inevitable that dust will collect, even in CD players and Blueray players. This disk is simple to use and cleans out unwanted dust that can cause problems. Pop it in, then let it do its job and take it out. A great help!

i do a lot of traveling on secondary roads so that means tons of dust gets in my car. Had a few brand new cd's that wouldn't work. Must have been really dirty because I had to run this like 4 times but finally my cd's worked again.

Unable to fix problem I had with my DVD player since it ended up being a technical issue. Worked well on my other DVD player.

I was looking for a lens cleaner for my blu-ray player that I didn't have to order on line. Best Buy is great to carry such a wonderful product in store unlike Walmart. Well I took it home and restored the performance of my player.

Have a CD player that is about 15 years old. Was performing badly. Got a insignia cd lasher lens cleaner. After playing the de cleaner my CD player got a new life.

My CD player in my car was not playing my music, totally frustrating. I bought the disc cleaner and ran it according to the simple instructions and boom my music was back. I later on used it in all my blue ray players and the same magic transpired. A great product for the cost and easy to use.

The laser disk lens cleaner worked very well to clean my DVD disk player. My previous CD lens cleaner did not restore my DVD player to full operation.

Did just what I needed it to do on an older technology I still have in my possession, my Yamaha CD-C600/5-disc CD changer and I will keep it until the wheels fall off causing it to break.

This was a great purchase. It was very easy to use and even though I was told it might get stuck in my CD Player because I did not have a tray loading CD Player, it did not!

A Bose CD player had been skipping on several different discs. Cleaning the CD's was not successful so it was decided to clean the heads. Product worked fine.

We hadn't used our CD player for a bit so it got very dusty. it was in storage while we renovated the house. Put the CD in and it cleaned it well. Listening to our music is good again!

This works very well. I will have a disk that is skipping or glitching and I throw this cleaner cd in and it works perfectly. I used to always blame my disk in the past thinking they were scratched. I didn't realize my player needed a cleaning.

Product is comparable to similar ones but the price was great and quality brand. I would purchase it again

Never used a disc cleaner before, but this one worked fine with clear instructions of use.
