The instructions start out in a non English language and finally is repeated in English. The first part tells you to go to a certain track for English. The second English instruction tells you to go to a certain track to run the disk. My DVD player does not show tracks. Took DVD instructions to local Best Buy store and agent showed me which buttons to press to on remote to get to the tracks. I am very disappointed in this product and also with the fact it is only one that Best Buy sells.

I have a 5 disc cd player and it wasn't working. Someone mentioned to me that the lasers needed to be cleaned. Apparently I have another problem because I couldn't get the disc to work...wouldn't run as my cd's wouldn't read.

Since I was confident that my discs were not the problem, I thought that a lens cleaner might well remedy the situation. IT DID! And at about $13 including tax, my purchase was well worth the cost. I couldn't be more satisfied with the results.
