Going forward it got stuck at 5 minutes, going backwards it got stuck at 16 minutes. The cleaning track is 40 minutes long. I had to return it.

Put the Lazer Lens Cleaner in and it did what it was suppose to do and stopped. Put the DVD back in and every was OK.
