Best Buy was the only location that had one! It did exactly what we needed it to, and our Blu-ray is working wonderfully again. This is a great product!

In the end, I ended up getting it repaired at a shop and this now sits with my other CDs until I get a actual chance to see if its effective or not at cleaning lasers without harming them.

A waste of money

It also requires the lens be in the center to work and if whatever you're cleaning won't go there, maybe because the lens is dirty, it does nothing.

Disc Drive Cleaner Works

A Non-Cleaning Disc

I thought it was an easy fix to clean the disc; however it was a disaster.had to connect to the internet to clean a disc and I could not get it to work. Do not purchase this item. Two thumbs down.
