Didn't fix problem

All research pointed me to dirty lens. Since I could not get the player to see the disc, it would not spin, therefore it did not clean, therefore still broken. Gave up and bought new portable DVD player.

Saved my life

I have had the cleaner for about a week and have used it more than 25 times and must use it before / and after each Blue Ray.
