Works well, keeps NVME SSD in place pretty well comes with a heat sink as a bonus

Honestly, I did not own this for very long and ended up returning it shortly after purchasing it. The Samsung 990 PRO with Heatsink 2TB PCIe®4.0 NVMe™ M.2 SSD did not fit inside the enclosure due to the heatsink, but it would likely perform well if a heatsink wasn't attached.

Got it to recover data from a bricked laptop, did what it was supposed. Now I’m left with a ssd housed in the product which can also be used as a external hard drive now!

Bought this enclosure to assist in a hard drive upgrade on my Dell G7 7790 - Idk why Dell designs a gaming platform with a 256G C drive. Anyway, I put in a 2T C drive & needed to clone my original C Drive. This enclosure was fast enough & reliable & got the job done.

I use this to house my original m.2 drive after upgrading, Its fine i haven't had any issues. The case is sturdy and the installation process was straightforward. I also appreciate the fact that it has an LED indicator for power and activity, making it easy to monitor the status of my drive. The design is sleek and compact, which fits perfectly in my setup without taking up too much space. Overall, I am satisfied with this m.2 drive housing and would recommend it to others who are looking for a reliable solution to store their drives after an upgrade.

Easy to use SSD enclosure to turn some M.2 drives into USB drives. Allows you to take older SSDs from a dead laptop and still make use of the storage drive. It can be a tad bit of a pain to install a drive in it for use because it makes use of a plastic turn key/screw that will probably break in the future.

I needed this for an old MacBook Air and it worked just as expected: just pop the drive out of the laptop and into the enclosure to access the data. I wasn't looking for this to be a long term solution, as I just needed it to save the data that couldn't otherwise be accessed. This allowed me to do that very easily. Simple plastic enclosure with small screwdriver included so you don't have to figure out which screwdriver you need.

It works great! My only concern with it is the fact that it gets extremely hot, especially when transferring large files or folders. As long as it can be kept cool, it works really well.

Works as intended. The casing is actually metal and well designed which I was shocked about for the price. I was able to clone my other m.2 with ease and now I use my old m.2 within this case as a large flash drive. My only wish is that the c to c cord that came with it was a bit longer but highly recommend.

Works great but you can't fit an NVMe with a heatsink. I had to take off the heatsink of my NVMe to get it to fit

Very easy to use connected to the computer and it started working just did what the computer told me to do and it worked, worth the money.

These work great. I bought two for two spare M.2 NvME drives I had. I get 500-600MBps write speeds, so I’m very satisfied.

This device is a must have if you’re not computer savvy and want to expand your storage capacity. Read and write speeds weren’t affected and it’s super easy to install. Don’t have usb type-c port no problem it has usb c to usb 3.2. A simple plug n play feature!

Saved me when I was in a spot. USB C was transferring at 1.1 GB a second. I saw approximately 700 MB down to 450 MB a second with in included USB 3.1 adapter.

This enclosure works absolutely fantastically. It speeds are phenomenal compared to a couple of enclosures that I got from Amazon that were a bit cheaper. The speeds are blazing fast approaching newtoy 1 GB/s. I eas getting 35-45MB/s with the ones from amazon and thats if they didnt dreeze or not be read by windows.

Took the old slower storage from my PC and used this since I only have one ssd slot. Cheap solution that allowed me more storage easily.

This little device is so handy when it comes to M.2 and other hard drives. Works great! Just like a thumb drive.

I didn’t even know I needed this. I bought an SSD card online and found out my PC didn’t didn’t have a place for it. Called Geek squad, they gave me an item number of something I could buy to help with it, and it was for an SD card. I went up to BestBuy to talk to someone in person to figure out what I actually needed and they gentleman there said there really wasn’t anything we could do unless we bought a whole new computer. No thank you. I decided to walk around and one of the sales members new exactly what I needed just by over hearing me on the phone. Walked me right to this item. Exactly what I needed and was a fantastic price. It was all crazy and slightly frustrating but this item has been amazing.

Quality product and works as described. Great for backing up small to medium files. Larger files will take a while but thats the nature of transferring large files.

I purched this to copy the Hard Drive of my new machine, so I have a back-up of the original hard drive if anything goes wrong.
