It took a CD that was unplayable even in a high end player and made it play flawlessly. It does leave some marks on the playing surface of the CD, but somehow they don’t affect players at all.

I purchased and tried the Insignia Manual Disc Repair System and so far, so good. I am pleased with the repair that this unit has done.
