This product is good. I was a little skeptical because of how simple it looked. My 9 yr old follow the directions and repaired several of her dvd movies. I was surprised. It works.

One word... Garbage. Don't waste your money. I honestly hate myself for buying this.

I had a freezing and skipping DVDs that my grandkids loved watching. They were old and not available on the market. Used this product and now no more problems, and it was easy to use.

After using this product, it did not seem to make any difference in the performance of my older CDs. The CDs still skipped and jumped.

Bought this open box wasn't supposed to be missing anything but was missing the liquid and they don't sell it in the store will be taking back

Had a scratch on my Star Wars blue ray dvd. Could not get past the scratch and had to skip the whole chapter. Fixed the disc in 10 minutes including reading the directions!

I picked this up at Best Buy. The product itself works great and has the benefit that I can bring it back if something happens after initial check to see if it works. Much harder with Amazon and Newegg stuff.

It does not perform as well as expected and did not solve my scratched dirty disc issues as it was intended. I would not recommend anyone buy it.

I ran a disc once through and most of the scratches were still there, but it had better results than expected so I'm not disappointed.

I purchased this for a DVD that had a surface scratch. The scratch was not deep (or so I thought). I followed the instructions to a "T" on how to repair a disk. It says it might take a few times to get all of the scratches out (understandable). I did it once, put it in the disk player and waited until the part where it started skipping (having noted the time previously on a paper) After the first round of repair, I gained 3 seconds before the disk player froze. I tried it again, again, again, and again.... After 10 "repairs" I thought, "For sure it will work this time" But at last, I was never able to achieve a smooth playing movie. I tried 4 different disk players, 2 laptops and a Blue ray player.... same result on each device. I am sure it works, but for some reason, it would not work for me.

Using this to repair discs that are scratched and skip. Has improved them slightly but not completely. Jury is still out.

Used it for the first time and the wheel that cleans the dvd got a flat spot. It still got some of the scratches off but with the flat spot, it made it harder.

we used it to recover a dvd, took about 2 tries and it worked like new. It helped us recover a lot of data that we'd lost otherwise. Great quick tool!

I was looking for a product to bring some of my old DVDs back to life and maybe save a few from the garbage can. After reading the reviews on this product we thought we'd try it. It does work very well. Cleaned all minor scratches and imperfections from the disk. It brought one game back that we can use it again and not have to buy a new one. This cleaner works great!

It just seems to be hard to use. When turning the handle is hard to do.It takes a lot of work to do one disk

Bought this to use to fix/clean video games and DVD's. It works great. Although, you can't use it on Blue-Ray's, XBox One, or Playstation 4 games. Also, if your buying to repair and then sell to someone they may look at it, like it's damaged/scratched, but it's not. It just has a different look to the disk, but it's OK- the directions even explain why.

Great product to save your Cds that skip in the player; especially those favorite ones that you play over and over again.

it actually worked, I was a little skepical at first but it fixed our wii game

Nifty product and probably works in most cases, but didn’t work for me.
