And it dose not take out the scratches at all. It supposed to take out the scratches. It is no good. I did what the instructions said to do. 3/7/ It will be returned. And I want my refund back!! It will not stay in place, so essentially I spent $20 for nothing. I have been trying to glue it in place but can’t get anything to make it stay. As soon as you start spinning it the handle rips off again.

I've found that even some brand new DVD's have some film or dirt of some sort on the play side when you first open them, and ones that have been in my collection for quite a while and haven't been viewed in along time need a little "freshening up" to keep them from skipping or "stuttering".
