Works as expected. Helped me out of a jam a few times when I had discs that where not so great. It is easy to use, I preferred the manual one over the automatic.

I didn't expect much to be honest. But I have a lot of scratched DVDs. My son has been using it and after a number of repairs it is still working. So I am happy and so is my son.

Didn't really do a good job buffing over scratches....after 6 uses item couldn't be used anymore without buying another buffing pad

It does the job for very minor scratches. However, does not get out/make CDs readable if they have deeper scratches. I had a few old dvds I was trying to copy to my computer for our home cloud and most were able to be read after using this but some did not. It leaves a film on them that may make them no longer about to read

Does a good job of cleaning up scratches. It’s a little time consuming to use, but well worth the price.

I bought this machine and a cd cleaner disk for my car. The insignia product perform well, My disks were cleaned and removed any deformities.

Good overall product for the price and does the job, however rather flimsy and is after all an Insignia product, so you pay for what you get. Dont buy this with high expectations and you'll be pleased.

I followed the instructions to fix a Wii disc and it worked perfectly. However, my results with an Xbox disc were not so great.

For some reason, I seem to scratch my DVD's. I was speaking to an Associate at Best Buy who recommended this Insignia Disk Repair System to me to solve my issues. The price was real good and I have more than gotten my money out of it. It is really nice to be able to watch movies without the disc issues!! If you have scratched discs, do yourself a favor and buy this repair system. You will be glad that you did!!

I had only seen this cd/dvd repair - cleaner on tv and in stores. Now i needed one so gave it a try. It worked like a champ! Had to do it 2 times on a very scratched cd but it's back to new!!

I had no problems using my CD Cleaner. It worked very well to clean and repair some of my scratched CDs.

Cleans discs well. Still leaves a few scratches in my opinion but doesn’t affect playback quality in any negative way

This helped save a number of scratched music and movie cd's. It also worked on WII game discs. Easy to use. Works like a charm

It took a couple of small scratches off of one cd, but on another cd that had deeper scratches it didn't help, which wasn't surprising.

I recently came across several CD's and DVD's from years ago that hadn't been well cared for. They all had scratches, some seemingly deep. A few even had 'divets.' I bought this Disc Repair System in the hopes of reviving at least a few of them and it turned out I was able to repair nearly all of them! Not only does it do an awesome job on repairs, making the CD's and/or DVD's appear and play like new, it does a fantastic job of cleaning.

My mother was upset due to a couple of new music CD's that got scratched up pretty fast. She thought she would have to buy them again. I was thinking that last time I was trying to play my Mario Brothers on my Wii it was telling me my disc was scratched up, which it was. Needless to say with $100 in damaged CD's and video games this item and it's price was well worth it to us. Use it over and over in the future will save even more money! Feeling rich already! LOL

This unit cleans as well as repairs CDs/DVDs. It will clean up to 25 before you need a new element.

In my opinion it does the job for xbox 360 disc but depend on the scratch if it's too deep it will not work.

Thanks for ruining a childhood game that’s hard to get because of your garbage product. Means a lot. Even when it was scratched it would at least say that there’s a disc in the console. Now I can’t even use it all. Seriously don’t buy this crap unless you just wanna spin discs to the afterlife
