As other reviews have shown the handle falls off while using. You just have to be patient and put it back on and continue. The dvd disc we repaired works like new now.

But i think the results are very inconsistent and more often not it does not repair the cd, even minor scratches. Its poor with CD-R’s and ok with original CD’s. But if the disk is scratched there are not many options and this is as good as any.

It is not bad

I think it was just overly scratched beyond what this product can do t save it. As far as quality I think it is worth it.

I wasn't sure which one was the problem. I cleaned the stereo first, didn't help. I then purchased this product and it worked. One of mine I had to do twice. I would recommend trying it,but follow instructions carefully so it works for you too !
