Worst Buy

First I asked the sales person if it was very big, and he said “not really “ I was at work when it arrived. The box was so heavy I had to have a neighbor take it in the house for me. It was in about a thousand pieces. I paid a neighbor 100.00 to put it together, it was so large I kept tripping over it. I called and asked if it could be returned. I was told it would have to be in the original box. I told the man on the phone I no longer had it. The gentleman put me on hold and he came back and said as long as it was in any box they would pick it up. So I went to Home Depot and bought a large box. The box cost 40 dollars, it took me all day to take it apart, the gentleman from Best Buy told me to expect a phone call the next day for a pick up time. This never happened so I called and was told they would never pick up an item like this, as it was too big and against their policy. It is now in my shed! I will never ever shop at Best Buy again!
