Good paper but poorly packed for mailing!

But my mail order shipment was packed very poorly, and when I opened the box, I found the packages had split open and there was paper all over the inside of the box! Needless to say, many sheets were wasted, because they were too wrinkled to use. Next time, if I want this paper I'll buy it in the store. Best Buy clearly doesn't know how to pack it for shipment!
