I was expecting that the ten would arrive in an original factory carton. Instead the ten packs were loosely packaged in a large shipping box with insufficient internal stuffing to keep the contents restrained from moving around. As a result, 4 of the 10 packs were broken open. About one half of their contents were edge damaged such that they would never feed through the printer properly. I discarded this portion. Bottom line: the paper product is fine while the shipping prep was poor. First complaint I've ever had regarding BBY.
