I have been using wireless headsets with these designs for some time now and this has been the one with the poorest quality. It takes some time getting used, the retractable button is a pain, sound is not as good, and it often falls out from my ears. The overall feel gives the impression is that is cheap. I had been using the LG headset and the quality was far superior but BB stop offering replacement plans so I gave this one a shot. In hindsight, I should have stuck with the LG despite not having a replacement plan.

These are a good inexpensive Bluetooth headphone. The noise canceling works fairly well. The batteries don’t last very long at all

Not sure if it is Wifi or blue tooth that is my problem. Comfortable, lightweight and fits my ears well.

So these were technically for my mom, but I used them, too. What we found: pretty good sound quality, though they can tug on your ears at times. In terms of answering you phone with them, they are a little awkward to put on in a hurry, but if you wear them around your neck like a toque of communication and tunes, then it's pretty easy. This is not an issue for my, but my mom didn't like wearing the unit around her neck at all times.

I bought a pair of these last year for my boyfriend who works outside all year long and is around loud machinery. He LOVES these! They are tough, have great sound and he can hear his music and his phone go off over the noise. He loves the retractable wires... keeps them from getting tangled up. I bought him an extra pair for Christmas!

I use these on flights and in my office. The noise cancelling works awesome on flights and you can turn it off when working in your home office and have to take calls, not wanting to miss the door bell or the kids. The blue tooth feature is great, not tied down!

I am use to over the ear head phones but... these ear plugs are acceptable to me. But for ear plugs this device rates 5 stars. The sound is excellent, the noise canceling is much better than others I have owned. Getting use to using the controls while wearing the collar takes practice. More for some than others.

They are not large, good to work out with them on. I they are very clear listening.

I like the headphones but they are a bit large when they are around my neck they get in the way at times. Good sound quality though.

I have used the LG headsets for some time and like them very well. Best Buy no longer offers extended warranties on LG so I tried this headset. It works as advertised. It is a little heavier. Unlike LG is does not vibrate when the phone rings. That is a helpful trait. I couldn't tell the noise cancelling helped. It is also a little bulkier than the LG, not too much. My BIG complain is they lasted 4 weeks before they began buzzing. When I turned it off they would not come back on. 4 weeks is a very short life!

For the price these are great. The battery charge seems to last a long time. Noise cancelling is pretty good. Not so good as Sony or Bose but those are 5x more costly. I recommend these for airline flyers. They're good for use at the gym as they don't fall out of the ears.

I find the unit bulkier than I like for use during the business day and the button to accept calls does not allow me to do outbound calls or texts like my LG unit I had before this one. Also the retractable feature is adequate but the cord gets tangled all the time. Also this unit does not work well with my business shirts and specifically the collar
