Great for the price if you need your hands free while on the phone. There are many products designed for USB computer connection and for portable land-lines, which takes a different jack size. This one fits iPhone perfectly. Microphone works well-no complaints from people I'm speaking with. Incoming sound is good too. This is not for listening to music-just a good alternative to having to hold the phone to your ear while on long calls.

This is a good headset, very good for the price, but should have bought the two ear headset instead. That's just a personal preference though.

When I first purchased it I was very excited to use it for work , and it worked great for about 2 weeks then it just stopped working while in the middle of a conversation .,lost my receipt so I can’t take it back . Sound was clear and cancelled out all background noise. Wish it still worked ..

Grandson uses while gaming or online with friends. Likes the ease of use, but would like a better way of keeping the headset on.

Voice clarity is good with the mic and the earpiece quality is pretty decent. The earpiece has good bass, but treble is lacking. Overall, not bad though. The one gripe is that the headband is super small, but it seems to have loosened up with some use. The long cable is a plus if you're working from a standing position and the adapter is good for those who have older computers with separate mic/speaker jacks.

I love this product. Its easy to plug in and the sound is clear. The volume settings work well and the microphone goes out crisp. I have owned my first Insignia headset for 3 years and it works well. My grandson used it for school too. Still going strong. the cost is very reasonable. I bought 4 this year for my other grands.

I was required to have a headset for a class in my master's program. It works perfect. The one ear piece makes it easy for me to listen to what I need to, but also have one ear free to listen to my wife! I have listened back to some of our recorded meetings, and the sound quality from the mic is great. It doesn't pickup background noises or give any feedback. Couldn't ask for much more... especially at the inexpensive price point.

I purchased this headset for use while working online at home. It is simple and does the job. It is on the lower price spectrum, so it does not have all of the qualifications of more expensive headsets. My home office is quiet so I don't need noise cancellation. This headset is not wireless. That is fine for me because I would have trouble remembering to charge the more expensive wireless headset.

I bought two different headsets for using online courses but they didn't work on my laptop. This headset works perfect
