not usb. needs mic & spkr ports 1/8"
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was expecting to plug in as USB, but it comes with either a combined mic/spkr plug for a cell/tablet, and an adapter for splitting it into microphone and speaker plugs for the desktop or laptop computer. Only one ear is covered, so not for listening to stereo music.

Great for hands free and working from home!

I love that I was able to use this with my cell phone (with the apple adapter). Good quality l, clear sound- both what I hear and what the other person on the line hears.
