The headphone is comfortable and the sound comes across just fine, I like it that it has a volume control. The microphone, on the other hand, it's awful. I use it for interpreting and my clients said the sound came across very low, sometimes staticky, even when the volume on my pc was at its max and I spoke -almost yelling - into the mic. I'm not sure if I can return it.

I ended up not being able to wear it on my head, as the plastic has no play in it and was digging into my skull. I tried just hanging it around my neck and using it as just a mic, but it started to cut the flow of circulation in my neck. So I unplugged it and toss it to the side. As for quality, it's what you paid for. The mic is okay and so are the earphones, but this thing pretty much would only fit a kid or a small person. Do yourself a favor and buy the more expensive one.
