First I didn't know how to use this item.I was on my facebppk account when my brother tried to call me. i told him that I bought a headset but I haven't read the procedure how to use it yet. What i did is I put on the headset on my head and then plug it to the computer tower and then it's instantly work without pressing any button. Great!

I had to pull the plastic boot back over the single 1/8” jack connector and then it snapped into the “Y” connector no problem. All is working and for a cheap price. The audio is par and the microphone is adequate for home office needs.

The side without the earpiece dug into the side of my head and the cord was shorted within a couple of hours of use.
