What I would expect from a dollar store purchase.

The side without the earpiece dug into the side of my head and the cord was shorted within a couple of hours of use.

Some calls are better then others with reception and being heard. If you need a simple solution this is one i would say is a good start, if you are needing this for a full time use i would not recommend this one.

Changing the mic position didn't help. I am returning for refund.
